Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?
Austin, Texas in the USA. My studio hours are by appointment only. Email info@kimpowellart.com to set up a time.
How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?
First of all, thank you for your recent purchase. Each original painting requires time for drying and custom packing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
How will my large artwork be shipped to me?
Unframed, original artwork will be professionally packed to ensure your painting will arrive safely. Extra large paintings are removed from wooden canvas frame and sent rolled in a tube. Art framers offer re-stretching services.
When will I get my print(s) order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Expedited options are also available.
Color
Every effort has been make to accurately represent the color of the original artwork in all prints. Color on monitors and screens may vary.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. Is there a way I can preview what a painting would look like in my house?
Absolutely. Email a well lit picture of your space to info@kimpowellart.com. I can mock up the painting in a digital image for you to review. I happen to be proficient in Photoshop. :)
What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?
My latest original, abstract work is acrylic and water based media but I love painting with oils as well. I've worked with inks, charcoal, pastels, oil pastels, colored pencil, watercolor, ink block prints, and the list goes on.
I own a gallery or store and I'd like to carry your work.

Do you work with interior designers?

What type of prints do you offer?
I offer giclée and other high quality prints on thick paper mediums or other mediums such as aluminum.If you are interested in a different printing method, size, or special frame, don't hesitate to contact me and we can work to accommodate you.
How do I care for my canvas print?
It is recommended to keep canvas prints away from water and direct sunlight.
Can I use your images?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@kimpowellart.com.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can arrange for a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, message us at info@kimpowellart.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this, please email us at info@kimpowellart.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details about your order. We'll find a resolution as soon as possible!
